    - Contributed across the full product lifecycle, helping the platform reach 100k customers in its first year. - Led major refactors of the codebase: migrated from vanilla JS to TypeScript + React (CRA), introduced component-driven development, and later transitioned the UI layer to Tailwind CSS. - Designed and implemented the company's first design system and set up CI/CD pipelines, significantly improving delivery speed, product consistency and DX. - Architected internal automation workflows that enabled the company to handle 10k+ orders per month with only 5 employees, dramatically reducing operational overhead.
