Experience

  • Indexa

    Design Engineer

    - Shipped the first production release, owning end-to-end design direction, UX, and frontend implementation before any dedicated design hires. - Set up the project from scratch: the monorepo layout, linting, builds, local dev, and the CI pipeline for staging and production. Also wrote the design tokens and the component library the whole UI is built on, so things stay consistent as we grow. Tests run through Vitest and Playwright. - On V1, also built the AI side of the product - a multi-step agent (running on Cloudflare Durable Objects with the Vercel AI SDK). Plus a test suite that grades the model's output at each step, to spot regressions before they ship.

  • Gifter

    Founding Software Engineer

    - Played a key role in shaping from day 1 and scaling the platform past R$1M+ in processed transactions in just 3 months. - Defined core architecture and domain logic, ensuring a scalable and maintainable technical foundation. - Drove end-to-end delivery of key features, turning business needs and constraints into clear technical plans and realistic scopes. - Designed and rolled out a microservices architecture for payments, reporting, and admin tools, with clear domain boundaries and fault-tolerant flows plus basic monitoring/alerting. - Supported hiring and mentoring as we grew the engineering team from zero, setting expectations for code quality and collaboration.

  • Envepop

    Software Engineer

    - Contributed across the full product lifecycle, helping the platform reach 100k customers in its first year. - Led major refactors of the codebase: migrated from vanilla JS to TypeScript + React (CRA), introduced component-driven development, and later transitioned the UI layer to Tailwind CSS. - Designed and implemented the company's first design system (tokens, components, guidelines) and a continuous deployment pipeline, noticeably improving delivery speed, product consistency, and DX. - Architected internal automation workflows that enabled the company to handle 10k+ orders/month with only 5 employees, dramatically reducing operational overhead.

  • Early Career

    Frontend & Design

Worked across early roles in frontend development, UI/UX design, and digital media, including internships and freelance positions. Built strong foundations in HTML/CSS, early web standards, visual design, and client-facing work, forming the base for my long-term path in product and engineering.
